Cinnamon sticky bun



1 tbsp yeast
2 oz warm water
2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
6 oz warm milk
2 1/4 oz margarine
1 egg
1 tsp grated orange zest optional

icing
3 oz icing sugar
1 to 2 tbsp orange juice

for the filling
1 1/2 oz sugar
1 oz walnuts
1 tsp ground cinnamon

Dissolve the yeast in the water, add flour, sugar, salt, milk, half the margarine, egg, orange zest knead until the dough is smooth. Cover and leave the dough to double in bulk in a greased bowl. Roll the dough to a 12 x 8" rectangle, put the margarine and filling, roll up holding the long side and cut 1". Put in the dish and cover for 1/2 hour to double. Bake 375F in greased round cake dish for 1/2 hour until golden brown. Drizzle the smooth icing over the buns when cool.
