Spinach palak paneer


This is not the traditional way of making palak paneer.

1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp onions
1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 packet spinach
1/2 tsp chillie powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/2 packet paneer
1/2 tbsp coconut milk powder in 2 tbsp water optional

Cut the paneer into cubes. Put chillie powder and salt. Heat the oil then put the paneer and cook the panner till the sides become golden brown, leave it aside.
Heat oil, add onions, ginger garlic paste and spinach saute. Add chillie powder, salt, garam masala and turmeric. Add the cooked panner and mix. I
f the curry looks dry add c
oconut milk.
This goes to letz relishh.
