Potato Dishes using Potatoes from The Little Potato Company

I loved using the colourful little potatoes from the Little Potato Company in a variety of dishes. Everyone in my family enjoyed the bite sized, delicious buttery taste. I like the convenience of using these pre-washed potatoes that can be used without peeling. I found it easy to prepare because all I had to do is boil it for 15 minutes, or add it into my Tagine, and meat dishes.

I like that this fresh, quality potatoes are available all year round. We enjoyed these delicious, creamy potatoes in a variety of dishes, and I am glad that it held its appetizing appearance. The wholesome and nutritious potatoes from Little Potato Company are naturally grown without preservatives or modifications.
Their Creamers are smallest in the potato family, as they are specifically bred to be small about 19 to 41 mm. It is harvested only when they are at their peak of maturity so we can benefit from the nutrient-rich skins. Little Potato Company products are available in retail stores across Canada and the United States.
We also loved their Microwavable potatoes. It comes in a package that we can directly use in the microwave, and microwave it for 5 minutes before adding the seasoning with an optional tablespoon of oil and enjoying with our meals. I found using the Microwave Ready potatoes were convenient, and loved how the freshly steamed, and perfectly seasoned potatoes make our meals wholesome and delicious. Since Garlic Parsley has bacon on it, we only tried the Zesty Italian that has a classic flavour because of the combination of sweet garlic, fragrant basil, and bold oregano with yellow potatoes.
Since potatoes don’t contain any fat, sodium, cholesterol, or gluten and because they are packed with Vitamin C, potassium, antioxidants, dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals it is important that we include it in our diets on a regular basis.
