This Korean inspired corn cheese recipe is easy to make and tastes delicious with tortillas chips. It is easy to make this at home.
1 cup fresh sweet corn kernels
1/4 cup mayonnaise
4 oz mozzarella cheese more or less to preference
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper to taste
2 green onions sliced
Mix all the ingredients, top it with more cheese. Bake in a preheated 400F oven for about 10 minutes until the mixture melts and bubbles. The dish can be transferred to the broiler for about 2 minutes until the top is browned. Serve hot with chips.
