Paneer with vegetables


Paneer cut in cubes
1/2 cup mushroom, pepper
1 tbsp onion
1 tbsp tomato
curry leaves
green chillie
1/4 tsp chillie flakes optional
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp chillie powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp coconut milk powder optional
water if needed

Heat 1 tbsp oil add the paneer and cook till the sides are golden brown, remove and keep a side. Heat 1 tbsp oil and add onions, curry leaves, green chillie, tomato, vegetables and spices cook for few minutes. Add the paneer and coconut milk simmer a few minutes for the spices to blend.
This goes to letz relishh.
