Fun to involve the children and make this delicious dessert.
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup icing sugar add more if needed
2 tbsp butter or margarine
1 cup milk to dip biscuits
cashews to garnish optional
Prepare the cream by mixing the cocoa powder, icing sugar, egg and butter.
Dip the biscuits in the milk and layer them in a dish. Then spread the prepared cream and keep layering about 3 times ending with cream and garnish cashew nuts.
Cover with a cling film and place in the fridge for 6 hours before serving this cold creamy dessert.
