about 20 mini potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp dried parsley or Italian seasoning
I sautéed the potatoes in oil. Then steamed cooked the potatoes with salt in low heat, tightly covered until it was well cooked. I added dried parsley and served it hot.Pictures of potato plants from our local farm.
