Green Mango Salad

1 unripe mango
2 tbsp red onion or shallots chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 lemon juiced
1 tbsp sugar
Peel the mango then cut the mango pieces into thin strips. The thinner you cut the better, I have cut a little bigger in this one :) 

Then toss the cut strips of mango pieces with the fish sauce, lemon juice, sugar, onion and the coriander leaves. Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
