Bok choy


Bok choy a chinese green cooked without adding water covered in its steam.

2 cups bok choy chopped small
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp tomato
2 tbsp onion
1/2 tsp chillie powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp coconut milk powder optional

Mix all the ingredients with the chopped bok choy except coconut milk powder. Cook in medium heat covered till it is soft and water evaporates. Add coconut milk powder after it is cooked and cook for a minute, serve hot as a side dish.
