Okra with coconut


2 cups okra cut into 1" pieces
2 tbsp coconut grated
1 tbsp onion
1 tsp curry leaves
1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
pinch mustard seeds
1/2 tsp chillie powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil

Heat the oil add mustard seeds then saute the onions and curry leaves. Add ginger garlic paste then the okra pieces with spices and coconut. Cook covered till the okra is soft.
