Roasted cauliflower


1 cauliflower cut into florets
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
hot water and 1/2 tsp salt

Soak the florets in salted hot water for about 5 minutes. Drain the cauliflower.
Drizzle oil and salt on the cauliflower and bake at 400F for 15 minutes turn the slices and roast the other side until it is golden and tender. Sprinkle with pepper flakes and serve hot.

  53. Love roasted cauliflowers. I eat a lot of it when I was trying to detox myself from sugar (low immune system issues). It is always a nice replacement for starchy veggies too.
